Shipping Policy

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time consists of two phases.

1. Processing Time
   Within 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed, it is reviewed, approved, and carefully packaged. Your parcel is then prepared for shipment.
2. Shipping Time
   Approximately 5 to 10 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs procedures. During busy seasons such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, delivery may take a little longer than usual.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on all orders. This includes insurance coverage in case your parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged along the way.

Where is my parcel?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. For logistical reasons, some orders may be shipped in more than one parcel.

My tracking number isn’t working

Please allow up to 5 business days for the tracking information to update. If there is still no update after that, email us at support@larakateboutique.com with your order number, and Kate or Lara will look into it for you personally.
